As a marketer with two decades in the media and advertising industry, Charell combines audience-centered storytelling with proven performance strategy, helping brands build trust, maximize ROI, and create meaningful, measurable impact.
Her personal story has been featured in Humans of New York, the award-winning documentary Feeling Wanted, and her debut memoir Trash Bag Tales & Other Stories from An Accidentally Happy Life, which offers an honest, hopeful, and empowering reflection on growing up in care and creating a life with joy and purpose.
Charell joined the CASA-NYC Board of Directors in 2017 and remains passionately committed to ensuring every young person has the advocacy and encouragement they deserve.
