Susanna joined CASA-NYC in 2020 as an Advocate Supervisor and was promoted to Bronx Borough Coordinator in 2021. She brings more than 10 years of experience working with vulnerable populations across multiple systems. Before joining CASA-NYC, Susanna interned with the Department of Corrections and later worked for the Department of Homeless Services and in child welfare, most recently serving as a supervisor in a therapeutic program. Her background reflects a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families facing complex challenges and promoting stability, safety, and justice in their lives.
