Ellan Ben-Hayon is the Chief Financial Officer of Bansk. Ellan has over twenty-five years of experience, including eighteen years in finance roles at various private equity firms. Prior to joining Bansk, he was the Chief Financial Officer at two middle-market private equity firms, most recently at Lightyear Capital, and previously at Irving Place Capital. Prior to joining Irving Place Capital, Ellan held senior finance roles in the private equity group at Blackstone. Ellan began his career as an accountant at Everest Reinsurance Company and as an accountant and auditor at Rothstein Kass & Company. Ellan received a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Montclair State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He is currently the Treasurer on the CASA-NYC Board of Directors and chairs the Audit & Finance committee. Ellan joined the CASA-NYC Board of Directors in 2015.
