Hedy Matteson joined John W. Bristol & Co., Inc. in 1998 as Office Manager and was appointed Chief Compliance Officer of the firm in 2004. Prior to joining Bristol, for about twelve years, Hedy was one of two executive assistants at a leveraged buyout boutique of Morgan, Lewis, Githens & Ahn, Inc. She grew up in Hong Kong and attended Maryknoll Convent School which instilled in her a strong sense of philanthropy. She received her B.B.A (Accounting) from University of Hawaii in 1981. Hedy has been a devoted member of the CASA-NYC Executive Board since 1990. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee but has also served as a member of the Audit, Finance, Marketing, and Special Events Committees of CASA.
