Janette Smith-Foster is one of CASA’s strongest and most dedicated advocates; she has been with CASA since 2011 and typically carries three cases at a time. She participates and contributes meaningfully to training sessions and frequently helps with hosting court tours. As a retired social service professional and native New Yorker who is very involved in her community, Janette has a deep understanding of the communities we serve. Janette joined the CASA-NYC Board of Directors in 2017.
