Katie Napolitano
Katie Napolitano is a non-profit consultant and the Director/Coordinator of Fair Futures, a coalition of 100+ organizations and foundations advocating for all foster youth in NYC to have access to the comprehensive support they need from 6th grade through age 26. Katie worked with ACS, foundations, and non-profit providers to develop and codify the Fair Futures model and build the infrastructure required to scale it system-wide. She provides training and technical assistance to all foster care agencies around implementing Fair Futures and tracking youth progress. Katie was previously a Program Officer at the Tiger Foundation, where she assessed organizations in K-12 education, college access/success, workforce development, child welfare, and criminal justice. Prior to transitioning into philanthropy, Katie was a Vice President and founding employee of Treetops Capital, a fund management company she helped build to become a “Top 50” social impact investor globally. She has also consulted for a number of non-profits in NYC and in developing countries. Katie has a Master’s in public policy from Columbia University. In 2012, Katie became a volunteer Advocate for CASA-NYC and has continued to support/coach young people; she and her husband adopted three young men who aged out of the foster care system.
