Devante has been supported by CASA since 2022 and has taken an active role in CASA-NYC’s Youth Speakers Bureau, Youth Advisory Board, and Parenting Support Group. Before working with CASA, he collaborated with other non-profit organizations such as Catholic Guardian, Henry Street Settlement, and the NYC Police Academy League, among others. Devante is deeply passionate about youth work, particularly helping young adults aging out of foster care achieve self-sufficiency and stability. He is dedicated to connecting young people with positive adult mentors who can guide them through their journeys.
